Step 2: ORDER YOUR LOGO ONLINE

Ordering your new business logo is a simple process consisting of just two stages.

Complete online order form

Here you are asked to complete a simple form which provides us with details about your company and your logo preferences.

Complete online payment

After submitting the order form, you will be directed to our payment site. Online card payment is quick, easy and 100% secure. You will be sent a confirmation email when your order form has been received and your payment has been verified.

Payment will only be taken once final logo has been approved!

Step 3: REVIEW YOUR DRAFT LOGO DESIGNS

You will be sent a notification email whenever new designs are ready for you to preview.

You will be able to view the designs and send your feedback online
at your convenience.

During the design process you can choose to view more designs or nominate a favourite design for further development. There is no limitation* placed upon the number of revision cycles to a selected design. Customers are asked to give reasons for rejecting designs in order for us to better understand your needs. The design process will end when you are completely satisfied and approve a final logo.

STEP 4: RECEIVED YOUR FINISHED LOGO

Once you have approved your final logo design, a set of file formats will be made available to you via email. Your handcrafted logo will be made available in various standard formats which include: EPS*, GIF, JPEG and TIFF. *EPS vector file is the most common and most flexible format for professional print and design.

If your order included stationery, then work will begin on designing a matching letterhead, compliment slip and business cards.*

Payment will be taken once final approval has been received.
